We believe it is essential that we remain fully aware not only of changes in the law, recent court rulings and judicial philosophical leanings pertinent to our practice, but also the motivation behind them and how, when applied to real-life situations, they will effect our clients.
Education
We take advantage of opportunities afforded to us by our membership in local and state-wide professional organizations to stay abreast of legislative developments and recent court rulings. These organizations serve as a forum for us to collaborate with other colleagues by discussing different case strategies which may be helpful to our clients.
